Turning Tears into Triumph

Overview
Occasionally we all find ourselves in a place of weakness - no job, no money, ruined relationships, financial hardships, or a chronic health condition. Our tendency is to give in to self pity or withdraw to protect ourselves. The one thing we overlook is the very thing that will bring strength when we are weak - prayer. From Hannah's story we learn the help and comfort that comes from pouring out our souls to the LORD.
Conform vs Transform

Pastor Grant Tillotson. God has granted us life so that our whole lives can be acts of worship to God. From the trivial to the important, we can worship Jesus by the way that we perform these duties. We can only do this if we have been transformed by the power of the Gospel. The Holy Spirit gives us the ability to continually be renewed, so we can be different from the world instead of conforming to it.
