Dream, Plan, Do, Celebrate: These are the steps we must take to get the Big Job done. Dreaming and Planning can occupy plenty of our time, but eventually we have to Do, and then Celebrate the completion of a Big Job. Doing requires clear goals and building an effective team. Once we have momentum, we can expect all kinds of opposition. But, when we persevere we can expect to Celebrate success - The Big Job is done. Whether at work, school, home or church, each of us are called to do the Big Job from time to time. The job that seems too much for our abilities or resources. Still God brings these big opportunities (disguised as big problems) into each of our lives. How we respond writes the story line of our lives. Let's learn from Nehemiah about how to get the Big Job done!

The Right Time to Break Some Rules

Overview
When is the right time to take risk and break some rules? Esther, a queen, but not empowered to act, faced a crisis that threatened her very life. Her choice was to follow the rules and allow genocide, or break some rules and save some lives. There are times to sit pat and let events unfold, but there are times to act decisively for the good. The challenge is knowing when to wait and when to act. Esther's story teaches us the wisdom to know.
