Ignite is the place to be every Thursday at 7 p.m. Students in grades six through twelve meet to study the Word of God together. After Bible study they break out into small groups where they pray for each other and discuss how to apply the Bible lesson Pastor Eric taught them to their own lives. This small group support gives students the encouragement and the biblical tools needed to make wise choices as they live lives that follow Jesus Christ.

Because our church building has a high school gymnasium, Igniteprovides time for organized games and activities each week. Students are encouraged to bring friends and hang out in the gym or sit by the fireplace in the atrium as they develop friendships with each other and with the adults who volunteer in this ministry.

IgniteStudent Ministry is about living out faith not just gaining more knowledge. That’s why Igniteprovides students opportunities to serve both in the church and in the community. Students can volunteer as teacher assistants in children’s ministry, help with setting up chairs before the service and taking them back down again after as well as serve in AWANA, Rock Solid and on the worship team.
